Masala is an Indian word meaning ‘spice mixture’ and chai means ‘tea’. Masala chai is a traditional tea in most Indian households which has gained popularity worldwide.
This Masala chai is a special blend of Assam black tea and Indian aromatic dry spices. The black tea adds briskness to the tea and blends well with the spices offering a smooth, spicy and refreshing tea.
It is traditionally enjoyed with milk and sugar but it can also be enjoyed plain black.
