The tea workshop is designed for both beginners and connoisseurs and concludes with a delightful Devonshire tea. Due to its exclusive nature, advance reservations are necessary to secure a spot, guaranteeing a personalized and attentive experience for each attendee.
The workshop is centred around the theme "One plant, numerous possibilities," highlighting the diverse world of loose-leaf tea. Participants will have the opportunity to explore five distinct varieties of artisan loose leaf teas sourced from various regions across the globe. Each variety offers unique flavour profiles and brewing characteristics, making this workshop an educational journey into the art and science of tea.
During the session, attendees will delve into the rich history of tea, gaining insights into its cultural significance and evolution over time. The workshop will also cover essential brewing tips and techniques, equipping participants with the knowledge to prepare the perfect cup of tea. Understanding the nuances of temperature, steeping time, and tea-to-water ratios will be emphasized, as these factors significantly influence the flavour and aroma of the final brew.
