Ingredients:

White tea

Origin:

Mt. Taimu, Fujian Province, China

Steeping guide:

Tea: 2g/1heaped tbsp Water: 90°C, 1cup Time: 5-8 minutes

Infusions: 2+

How to prepare:

There is no set rule for brewing tea because each tea type is different.

Here's a basic guide to get you started. Feel free to adjust the steeping time to suit your taste preferences.

Always pre-warm your teapot and teacups with hot water before brewing any tea.

Place 2 grams of tea into the warmed teapot, then pour water heated to 90°C over the leaves in a circular motion, ensuring all leaves are saturated. Allow the tea to steep for 5 to 8 minutes.

Do not discard your tea leaves after just one use. You can re-steep the same leaves up to three times, exploring the subtle flavour changes with each infusion.

For each subsequent infusion, increase the steeping time by one minute, maintaining the water temperature at 90°C.
