Dong Ding Oolong, or “Frozen Summit,” is a premium Taiwanese tea grown on Dong Ding Mountain at high elevation.It is lightly roasted with around 30% oxidation, giving it floral notes and a smooth, sweet finish. Oolong teas sit between green and black tea in oxidation level.

This is the first tea I tried from Green Leaf Tea House. It was chosen by my husband when he tasted it at the Helensvale Market. He brought a pack home. Lucky me, now addicted.
