PU-ERH ROSE MINI TUOCHA| SHU PU-ERH

Regular price $15.40 $0.00

Pu-erh is a unique variety of fermented tea which is grown and harvested in the city of Pu’er in China. The premium Pu-erh tea leaves are ripened and compressed into mini tea cakes (resembling a bird's nest) containing tightly packed tiny red / pink rosebuds that impart subtle floral notes to the earthy, musky Pu-erh tea.

Pu-erh teas are cultivated and crafted in a manner that allows them to age gracefully when preserved correctly, developing more profound, more affluent, and more intricate tastes and fragrances over time.

Ingredients:

Pu-erh tea and rose petals

Origin:

Pu’er, Yunnan, China

Steeping guide:

Tea: 1 piece Water: 100°C, 1 cup Time: 3-5 min

Infusions: 2+

How to prepare:

There is no set rule for brewing tea because each tea type is different.

This is a rough guide to get you started. Please experiment to find your ideal steeping time based on your personal taste.

Before preparing any type of tea always warm the teapot and teacups by rinsing it with hot water.

Put 1 piece of 'Pu-erh Tuocha' in the preheated tea pot and simply rinse the tea with water at 100C before the first infusion. This will clean and soften the leaves for brewing.

For the first infusion, add water at 100C over the tea leaves and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.

When brewing in a tea pot please pour the tea out in cups until the last drop to avoid over steeping the tea left in the teapot as this will result in a unpleasant and bitter flavour.

Don’t throw out your tea leaves after your first cup of tea. The same tea leaves can be steeped up to three to four times. Discover the nuances of tea with every infusion.

For the subsequent infusions, experiment by increasing the steeping time by 30 sec to 1 minute each time and keep the water temperature the same.

My favourite tea!!!!!

Have you ever wondered if you have tasted the greatest cup of tea? Well you certainly have NOT if you haven't tried the ROSE MINI TUOCHA
This tea does everything right, first of all the taste, it is a bit bitter, a bit sweet and overall delicious. When I tried it for the first time I was swept of my feet and taken to tea-heaven. Secondly, the tea is Pu-erh which means the tea is fermented and China which just adds for the extra BANG of flavour. Finally, if I haven't convinced you that this tea is great enough, it comes in a small wrapped ball. See, I don't know about you but I always struggle with loose leaf tea in the sense that how much do I put in? Well no need to fear because the perfect amount of tea is wrapped in a ball just waiting for your enjoyment.
If you have not tried this tea I URGE you to let your tastebuds experience the magic.

Thank you
