This is a high mountain jasmine green tea made from hand-rolled pearl-shaped leaves scented with jasmine blossoms. Fresh jasmine flowers are layered with the tea several times so it absorbs their fragrance. It has a smooth, sweet taste with an aromatic floral finish and can be re-infused, with each brew becoming lighter and sweeter.

Tea: 1tsp/ 3G | Water: 85 C, 1 cup | Time: 3-5 mins

Re-steep: up to 3-4 times

This was the best green tea I have ever tasted. I had some in Shanghai last week and this is considered to be a very special tea since it is hand-rolled. I highly recommend it.
