DANCING FLOWER TEA | FLOWERING TEA
This is a beautiful & fragrant flowering tea hand crafted by tea artisans in Fujian. Premium green tea is skilfully handwoven together with carefully selected flowers. As it steeps in hot water, the tea ball unfurls into a beautiful floral display offering a robust and invigorating scent with a delicate floral flavour
Recommended to brew in a tall clear glass cup or teapot (10 cm X 7 cm).
There are two types of handcrafted flowering tea available:
1) Premium 'Maofeng green tea' with flowers of Osmanthus and Lily
2) Premium ‘Maofeng green tea’ combined with Globe Amaranth, Marigold & Jasmine

How to brew:
There is no set rule for brewing tea because each tea type is different.
This is a rough guide to get you started. Please experiment to find your ideal steeping time based on your personal taste.
We recommend using a clear teapot or tall glass cup (10 cm H X 7 cm W) to prepare this tea, so the flowers have enough space to bloom.
Before preparing any type of tea always warm the teapot and teacups by rinsing it with hot water.
Fill the clear glass teapot or teacup (300-500 ml) with 100°C water, gently add the flower tea ball and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy watching the tea ball slowly unfurl into a beautiful floral display.
This tea can be re-steeped up to 3 times. Please pour the water slowly down the side of the teapot/cup to avoid pouring water straight on to the flower tea.
Steeping time and water temperature can remain the same as above for second infusion and may be increased to 5-10 mins for the third infusion.
The flower tea can be further enjoyed after multiple infusions as a flower display for up to 3 days by simply changing the water every day.
