Ashwagandha & Rose Elixir

We tried the Ashwagandha when we recently visited the cafe, where the Tea house is sub-ocated. Absolutely delicious, different, and refreshing. Unknown to us at the time, we ordered the tea with our meal. Whilst enjoying our meal a lovely lady approached our table and explained the origins, benefits and steeping of the tea. We loved the tea so much that we visited the designated tea room before we left. Exploring the various teas on offer. We purchased a 50g package of the Ashwaganda to take home. Since, we have enjoyed numerous cups of this tea, both hot and chilled. Please to say, I've used their online facility to purchase and larger packet. The sample of the green leaf tummy tea that arrived with my order was excellent as well.
