Darjeeling tea, known as the “champagne of teas,” is grown in the Himalayan foothills. It has a unique flavour that can’t be replicated elsewhere. The first flush is harvested in March and April from young leaves, producing a light, fragrant spring tea with sweet, vegetal and fruity notes.
