REFUND / RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Green Leaf Teahouse .
We want you to be happy with your buying experience at Green Leaf Teahouse. You are welcome to return your item (except 'sale items' ) within 4-5 days of receiving it provided it is in its 'saleable condition' along with a receipt or proof of purchase and we will offer you a store credit for the purchased item (sorry ! the shipping cost is nonrefundable).
'SALEABLE CONDITION' means the item is capable of being sold.
The returned item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging (unopened and no seals broken).

STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit .

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If an incorrect item is shipped to you please email us at greenleafteahouse@gmail.com immediately and we will organize the replacement for you. We will cover the cost for you to send us back the incorrect item and once we receive this 'incorrect item' in the 'saleable condition' you received the item, we will post you the (correct item) original item.

DAMAGED GOODS
In case an item has been damaged in transit, please take photo's of the damaged item and email it to us immediately at greenleafteahouse@gmail.com
We will swiftly organize to send you a replacement.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost for the returned item is non-refundable and therefore will not be included in the store credit for the returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping cost will be paid by us if an incorrect item is sent to you or in case of a damaged item.
Please contact us at greenleafteahouse@gmail.com before returning any items so that we can look after you and arrange a return. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Please package the returned item securely before posting it back to us so it arrives in the 'saleable condition'.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
