Barista Grade Matcha has a vibrant green colour and smooth, rich flavour, making it ideal for lattes, smoothies, baking, and more. It offers a balance of umami and fresh grassy notes, and is stone-ground from spring-harvest leaves grown without pesticides.

The bamboo whisk (Chasen), made from a single piece of bamboo, is traditionally used to prepare matcha. It helps blend the powder smoothly with water, creating a creamy froth.
